The Mission Awareness Foundation (MAF) is a non-profit societal organization with a noble mission at its core. MAF is a Secular Trust registered in 2020 with the Charity Commissioner of Mumbai. Founded in the year 2020 by a dedicated group of well-educated and socially responsible individuals, MAF is committed to making a positive impact on society. The organization passionately pursues a range of development programs aimed at uplifting communities that have been socially, economically, and educationally marginalized.

MAF's tireless efforts extend to various areas of social concern, with a primary focus on eradicating school dropouts, through a combination of awareness campaigns, Scholarships and practical initiatives, MAF strives to create an environment where every child has the opportunity to pursue their dreams and reach their full potential.

In addition to its vital work in combating school dropouts, MAF is actively involved in a wide array of activities aimed at fostering holistic community development. These encompass employment programs for youth and women, the protection and advocacy of citizens' rights, healthcare initiatives MAF firmly believes in the power of education as a catalyst for change, and as such, they work diligently to ensure that education reaches the most underserved segments of society.

To promote education amongst the weaker section of society primarily and others generally. The promotion of education shall include the promotion of Science and Literature.To work for the social upliftment of the backward sections of society.To bring about a better understanding and appreciation of universal cultural values.

ABDUR REHMAN KHAN
President

Abdurrahman Khan completed his schooling in 2011 and his B.E. in Biotechnology in 2017. He later pursued an M.Tech in Food Biotechnology from the Institute of Chemical Technology, Mumbai. During his studies, he gained experience in microbiology, tissue culture, and biofuel production. In 2020, he founded the Mission Awareness Foundation, where he and his team provide career, scholarship, and legal counseling to students, helping over 10,000 people. Abdurrahman is also a certified counselor and has fought for students' rights, saving millions in scholarships across Maharashtra. Now, at 28, he is pursuing an MBBS and continues to serve society.

MOHAMMED KHALID KHAN
Counsellor

Mohammed Khalid Khan has earned his Electronics and Telecom Engineering degree from DY Patil’s Ramrao Adik Institute of Technology, Navi Mumbai's top college renowned for its excellence in technology education.

He is a coding enthusiast and has worked with US & UK based companies like IntegriChain & Velestra in the past.

ALAM HASRAT KHAN
Counsellor

Dr. Alam Hasrat Khan is a dedicated professor, educator, and career counselor who has taught over 7000 students and counseled more than 2000 individuals. He has delivered many speeches on education, helping students achieve their dreams.

He holds honorary doctorates in Education Counseling from the World Human Rights Commission and in Education from the International University of California. His qualifications include degrees in Mechanical Engineering (B.E., M.Tech), MBA (HR), B.A. Political Science, B.Sc. Physics, M.Sc. Physics, and M.A. History.

Dr. Alam also holds diplomas in Psychology, NGO Management, and Career Counseling, along with certificates in International Law, Business Analytics, and Career Guidance.

He leads several organizations, including ASPERA Foundation and GTWA as President, and RUHA Foundation as Secretary. He is also the Director of RUHA EDULAB and an advisor to the Mission Awareness Foundation.

SHAILESH PAL
Counsellor

Shailesh Pal is a dedicated professional with a strong background in IT and education. He has completed his B.Sc in IT and has spent 7 years as a teacher, helping students learn and grow in the field of technology. His teaching experience has given him a deep understanding of how to simplify complex concepts and make learning engaging.

For the past 3 years, Shailesh has been actively involved with the Mission Awareness Foundation as a committed team member. During this time, he has worked on various initiatives aimed at spreading education and raising awareness in underserved communities.

Shailesh combines his expertise in IT with his passion for teaching to contribute meaningfully to the foundation's mission. His skills, dedication, and innovative approach make him a valuable part of the team.
